My experience with Sip Sip Hooray was amazing. The customer service answered all of my questions and worked out any problems that arose. The product arrived on time and the cups look very nice. However, I was not happy with the weight of the cups. These cups are very thin. You can see through them. I was expecting them to be a little thicker. Also we got the silver metallic print and it looks nice but seems like it will wash off fast.
