Rush Production Information
At Sip Hip Hooray, we know every celebration has its own timeline. Whether you're ordering well in advance or working within a tighter window, understanding our proofing and production process can help ensure the smoothest experience possible. We've put together a quick guide to explain how our rush order program works.
Standard Production Timeline
Most custom products have a standard production time of approximately 2 weeks after artwork approval.
Proofs are typically sent within 1–2 business days after an order is placed. Orders enter our production queue each business day at 10:00 AM Central Time. Orders placed after that cutoff will begin processing on the following business day.
If revisions are needed, please allow 1–2 business days for artwork changes. During peak seasons, revision requests may require the full 1–2 business days, even on rush orders.
Rush Production Options
When available, we offer the following rush production levels:
Level 1 - 10 Business Days | $50
Level 2 - 7 Business Days | $75
Level 3 - 5 Business Days | $100
Level 4 - 3 Business Days | $125
Rush production timelines begin after artwork approval and are subject to production capacity.
Full Color Frosted Cups
The primary exception to our rush program is Full Color Frosted Cups.
Due to their specialized printing process, Full Color Frosted Cups have a standard production timeline of approximately 15 business days after artwork approval.
When production schedules allow, we can occasionally shorten that timeline by a few days. Availability varies throughout the year, particularly during peak seasons, but we are always happy to explore available options whenever possible.
Matchboxes
Custom matchboxes require special consideration because matches are classified as an ignitable product and must travel via ground transportation only.
Because air shipping is not permitted, transit time cannot be expedited. In certain situations, we can apply a Level 4 Production Rush to help offset the required ground transit time and meet a tighter deadline.
