Our personalized cups looked great and were delivered on time. However the quality of the cups did not meet my expectations. The plastic is flimsly and the cups bend when holding them in your hands making it difficult to keep your drink steady. I was expecting a harder material that provided more stability and could be reused. These were not good for refills much less to be saved and used again.
