The colors change well with very cold beverages and the design has withstood multiple top rack dish washings since our wedding a month ago. Their designs turned out better than I imagined. The reason this isn't a 5star review is that we ordered the red color and it looks fairly pink, and the lettering color was supposed to be black but was white. They gave us more cups than I ordered so I wasn't too upset about the errors. They worked well!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT! Customer Service was so amazing and worked with me until my design was exactly how I wanted it.
Not only were the final product perfect, but the customer service to get there was above and beyond. We went through several rounds of edits to get our cats perfect, and in the end we couldnt have been happier!
I like the koozies, definitely what we ordered.
I dislike the fact there are several that have the crest off centered.

We are thrilled with the end product of cocktail napkins with my daughter’s two cats on them. My granddaughter, who is 12, drew the sketches and then worked with me and the crew at SipHipHooray to get everything just right. She had never done this before, nor had I, so it was a bit of a process. However, much patience was shown and the people at SipHipHooray were extremely kind and understanding in us trying to get it right. The end result was awesome and once we fine tuned to sketches and the napkins were approved, the turn around time was pretty fast. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company for personalized products.

These came out well, I was worried they wouldn't arrive on time but a representative informed me that they would miss my due date without the additional rush cost. That communication is definitely better than missing the date with no notice. We were able to have them in time for the wedding, and we have a big extra stash for use on our bar!
