Have designed and ordered many of your cups for myself and clients. They've all been great. Delivered right on time.
However the last ones were white with hot pink ink and the ink is neon. Doesn't match your color chart. My last email about it wasn't answered.
10/10! Customer service was UNBELIEVABLE! They made our design so quickly and beautifully. The coolers turned out perfect - couldnt recommend them enough!

The house guest book you crated for me is perfect!! It turned out exactly how I wanted. The feeling of the outside cover is yummy. And graphics on the front in the silver text, again, are amazing. Thank you very much❣️
They turned out great and look just like the pictured we sent. Customer service was wonderful and easy to work with, we made changes to the design before production.
We are absolutely in love with these napkins with our sweet Goldendoodle, Nell. The guests loved the napkins so much that we saw some stuffing their pockets with them to take home! They are amazing quality and the artist perfectly captured our dog. Would highly recommend!!!
I had a last minute order for cups for my son’s wedding and the entire process was easy and super quick. The cups came out beautifully exactly as I ordered them. This is the third order and definitely not my last. The team works well with you and all the little changes you have. Bravo! We love our Sip hip hooray cups!! Cheers!!
This is the second item I've ordered and I've been very happy with my orders.
This is the 2nd time that I have ordered personalized napkins from Sip Hip Hooray with our school crest embossed in gold foil. Such care is taken to make sure that the crest is perfect, and then the napkins are packaged and boxed so that they arrive in perfect condition. They are high quality for the price, and they never fail to impress!
So easy to work with and helped to make changes when I didn’t like the first draft. They came out soooo cute and I can’t wait to use them!
Love the Preppy Soiree mat! It’s simple and a classic clean look. This mat is the episiotomy of less is more. Quality and colors are fabulous. Love the rule reminders printed on the mat.

The koozies did not look like the proofs sent. The proofs were beautiful, but the product that came in was disappointing to say the least. The colors of the koozies and ink did not look like the proof.
Great product, very cute! However the cups have a very atrong chemical smell.
I so appreciate how easy the designer was to work with. They redid the proof without hesitation and had speedy shipping. Thanks for being another item off my list!

I needed to place an order with quick turnaround after another vendor turned out to be a scam through a wholesale site. I contacted the team at SipHipHooray and they quickly responded, offering options for expedited shipping in order to get the cups we needed in time for our client's wedding. They met every expectation in terms of communication, quality and support. I will definitely be placing another order soon - and hopefully many more in the future, as they now have a new fan!
Our custom cups came out exactly how we wanted them and right on time! The SipSipHooray team was great getting us a mock-up in our short window and having the cups ready and delivered on the date we needed them!
I absolutely LOVE them! They turned out perfectly and I even ran some through the dishwasher (on the top rack) and nothing faded! 🎉 I cant wait to give them out at our wedding to our guests!
