I have emailed multiple times and called with zero response for over a week now. Item arrived with broken threads right on the front and the large fits like a small (tried on friends with smaller heads) …..

I had an idea of what I wanted on my cups for a girls weekend and the designers brought my idea to life. They were quick to make requested changes when I asked for 2 small tweaks to the design. The cups were good quality, looked just like the proof, and my friends loved them. Would 100% order again!
Sip Hip has the best totes. I use these for gifts for my boys teachers, hostess gifts, baby showers and more! Love!!!

I love, love, love the adorable custom-made cups I had designed for a neighborhood "progressive dinner" - they were a hit! Mostly, however, I was incredibly impressed with the timely follow-up for design approval and promise kept for express delivery. I could tell I was working with a human being (vs. a robot), which I always appreciate for anything custom/not returnable, and was so impressed with the speed of delivery - the package came a day ahead of when promised. I did elect (and pay $100) for the fastest shipping option possible, but live in a remote ski town and had my doubts about being able to adhere to the deadline because everything is always delayed, but they came ahead of when promised! I will absolutely be ordering again and spreading the word about this fabulous, fun business! THANK YOU for making our neighborhood gathering that much more festive and fun
