CUSTOM ORDER REVIEW POLICY

Because every custom product is made just for you, we require that all custom items be inspected within 10 days of delivery. Any issues — including printing errors, damage, or discrepancies — must be reported to our team within this 10-day window so we can review the conditions promptly and take appropriate action if needed.

After 10 days, we are unable to guarantee solutions or assess product conditions accurately, which may limit our ability to offer support. Prompt review ensures we can address any concerns quickly and effectively.

REFUND TIMELINE POLICY

If a refund is approved, please note it typically takes 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. For custom sketches, we accommodate 2 rounds of alterations, provided they don't necessitate a complete redo. Should you have specific changes in mind, do relay them so our artist can incorporate them. However, since these sketches are meticulously hand-drawn and delivered to you, the associated fees are non-refundable.
