SHIPPING TIMELINE

All in-stock orders at Sip Hip Hooray are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. We don't operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. For personalized items, anticipate around 2-3 weeks for delivery after you've approved the artwork.

Do bear in mind that holidays, product launches, and sales events might extend order processing times.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS & REFUNDS

We strive to deliver your order promptly. If, however, your non-personalized order does face a delay from our end and arrives late (excluding shipping courier-related delays (weather, equipment failure, etc which are not covered), you're eligible for a refund once you return the items. We'll provide a call tag for the product return. Upon receiving the returned items, your refund will be processed.

 

SHIPPING COURIERS

We use a range of couriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. If you have restrictions on receiving from a particular courier, inform us by emailing orders@siphiphooray.com with your order number.

These are exclusively crafted and undergo a 10 business day production cycle. Since they're tailored just for you, we can't cancel them once they're in production.

CUSTOM SKETCH ARTWORK POLICY

For custom sketches, we accommodate 2 rounds of alterations, provided they don't necessitate a complete redo. Should you have specific changes in mind, do relay them so our artist can incorporate them. However, since these sketches are meticulously hand-drawn and delivered to you, the associated fees are non-refundable.

Absolutely! Our custom designed products don’t move into product without your approval. After your order is placed our art department gets to work on your design and delivers a mocked up proof directly to your inbox! From there we offer unlimited changes until you are 100% thrilled with your design!

Yes! Our can coolers and cups do come with double sided printing included at no additional cost.

Because we do not charge additional for double sided printing, there is no cost difference for single sided print.

Absolutely! We do offer color splits depending on the quantity ordered! The colors will be split as evenly as possible. Please see split options below!

  • 10 - 15qty - 1 can cooler color / 1 ink color
  • 20 - 45qty - 2 can cooler colors / 1 ink color
  • 50qty+ - up to 4 can cooler colors / 1 ink color

Our can coolers are single color print only, but we do have the option of full color can coolers that would allow us to use more than print color on all can coolers in the order

Collapsible Foam - 4MM polyurethane collapsible foam, this is the most common type of can cooler.

Neoprene - 3mm thick neoprene, similar to wetsuit material. The neoprene will work great on cans and also provides a tight fit on bottles with a zigzag side stitch on each seam.

The standard turnaround time to have the can coolers delivered, in hand, is approximately 2 weeks after the date of your final proof approval. We do have rush options if needed sooner. See drop down in listing regarding turnaround times and rush costs.

Perfect Quality!

We went through this website for our custom koozies for our wedding and WOW the quality was great! It only took three weeks for them to come in, and both us and our guests were amazed by them!
Design aside (because we were the designers lol), the quality was great! The text does not flake or peel with wear—at least not in the month and a half that we’ve had them so far. It is crisp and not blurry. The material itself has a nice feel and doesn’t seem to be cheap.
The customer service was also very easy. They were very responsive and submitted the proof to me quickly. They even reformatted the design when I asked and were a great help!
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for koozies for any occasion.

LOVE these koozies!

Ordered koozies as a wedding favor for our wedding in April. Received them today and they are gorgeous! The support and design team is awesome and so nice to work with! 2 of our married friends have used and recommend this company for their wedding koozies and we still have theirs as proof they are durable.
