Sip Hip Hooray accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized are final sale.
Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

On our custom sketch artwork we do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork, as long as they don't involve completely redrawing. If we receive specific instructions that were needed to be altered and revised on the existing sketch so we can relay to our artist! Our venue and pet sketch fees are a non-refundable service as they are hand-drawn and since your drawing was already created and emailed to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund that part of any order.

Beautiful! The quality of the material is more durable than anticipated and the monogram looks awesome. The apron was a gift for my husband, who is tall and he was concerned about the length, but the straps adjust so he was really excited about that! There were some issues with items in stock (not really unusual considering Covid life) but these guys kept me informed and gave me the option to cancel. Timing was not a problem and it's honestly worth the wait. Thank you! 🙂
