ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Author, historian and journalist Nicholas Foulkes is a contributing editor to Vanity Fair, Financial Times How to Spend It, GQ and The Rake magazine. Best known for his trilogy of nineteenth-century British histories, Last of the Dandies, Dancing into Battle, and Gentlemen and Blackguards, he has published around thirty books on history, the arts and style. Among his recent works are a biography of the painter Bernard Buffet (Random House), a biography of Princess Ira von Fürstenberg (Harper Collins) and Time Tamed, a history of humankind’s calibration of time from the Paleolithic era to the moon landings (Simon & Schuster). His books for Assouline include Bals: Legendary Costume Balls of the Twentieth Century (2011), Swans: Legends of the Jet Society (2013) and Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso (2020).

Sip Hip Hooray accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized in any way are final sale.

On our custom sketch artwork we do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork, as long as they don't involve completely redrawing. If we receive specific instructions that were needed to be altered and revised on the existing sketch so we can relay to our artist! Our venue and pet sketch fees are a non-refundable service as they are hand-drawn and since your drawing was already created and emailed to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund that part of any order.
