Sip Hip Hooray in stock orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Personalized items ship times vary. Typical turn around for printed items is 2-3 weeks for delivery after artwork approval.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.

SHIPPING COURIERS

Our shipping couriers vary based on package sizes, location, and rates. If there is any reason that you cannot receive a package from a specific courier please send us an email, with your order number, to orders@siphiphooray.com for further assistance.

10 business day production, once in production we aren’t able to cancel this product as it is printed just for you!

RETURNS

Sip Hip Hooray accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized in any way are final sale.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

CUSTOM SKETCH ARTWORK POLICY

On our custom sketch artwork we do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork, as long as they don't involve completely redrawing. If we receive specific instructions that were needed to be altered and revised on the existing sketch so we can relay to our artist! Our venue and pet sketch fees are a non-refundable service as they are hand-drawn and since your drawing was already created and emailed to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund that part of any order.

Absolutely! Our custom designed products don’t move into product without your approval. After your order is placed our art department gets to work on your design and delivers a mocked up proof directly to your inbox! From there we offer unlimited changes until you are 100% thrilled with your design!

Yes! Our koozies and cups do come with double sided printing included at no additional cost.

Because we do not charge additional for double sided printing, there is no cost difference for single sided print.

Absolutely! We do offer color splits depending on the quantity ordered! The colors will be split as evenly as possible. Please see split options below!

  • 10 - 15qty - 1 can cooler color / 1 ink color
  • 20 - 45qty - 2 can cooler colors / 1 ink color
  • 50qty+ - up to 4 can cooler colors / 1 ink color

Our Koozies are single color print only, but we do have the option of full color koozies that would allow us to use more than print color on all koozies in the order

Collapsible Foam - 4MM polyurethane collapsible foam, this is the most common type of can cooler.

Neoprene - 3mm thick neoprene, similar to wetsuit material. The neoprene will work great on cans and also provides a tight fit on bottles with a zigzag side stitch on each seam.

The standard turnaround time to have the koozies delivered, in hand, is approximately 2 weeks after the date of your final proof approval. We do have rush options if needed sooner. See drop down in listing regarding turnaround times and rush costs.

I got these for wedding favors. I love the design/fonts/etc. and I really like being able to choose different colors. They shipped fairly quickly and the seller was quick to respond to my questions.
