About the Authors: Ray Atkeson, dubbed "the dean of Northwest nature photography" by the New York Times, spent the majority of his life capturing majestic natural beauty and landscapes. His photography books were some of the first widely celebrated coffee table books, selling over 1 million copies, and he was a pioneer of ski photography.Rick Schafer's interest in photography originated in high school. His experience began to develop under a twelve-year apprenticeship with his stepfather, Ray Atkeson, who had a significant influence in his life and his photography. Rick Schafer's scenic, commercial, and culinary photography has been published nationally and internationally. His photography has been used in a variety of advertising, editorial, and decor projects. Publishing credits include Weiden & Kennedy Agency, Alaska Airlines, Golf Connoisseur, Conde Nast Golf, Gerber Advertising Agency, Hasselblad Publications, the State of Oregon, Central Oregon Visitors Association, and national parks publications. If, however, your non-personalized order does face a delay from our end and arrives late (excluding shipping courier-related delays which aren't covered), you're eligible for a refund once you return the items. We'll provide a call tag for the product return. Upon receiving the returned items, your refund will be processed.
We use a range of couriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. If you have restrictions on receiving from a particular courier, inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Kindly include your packing slip when you return. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. After we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund, notifying you via email. Please allow up to 10–14 days for the refund to reflect in your statement. However, items bought at a discount or are personalized in any way are deemed final sale.

For custom sketches, we accommodate 2 rounds of alterations, provided they don't necessitate a complete redo. Should you have specific changes in mind, do relay them so our artist can incorporate them. However, since these sketches are meticulously hand-drawn and delivered to you, the associated fees are non-refundable.
