For the last fifty years, Smiley has served as a beacon of hope and positivity as they’ve encouraged the world to take the time to smile. What started as a happiness promotion in the France Soir newspaper to draw attention to positive news stories has blossomed into a movement that has shaped the way that we share happiness and express ourselves. In the decades since that first Smiley appeared on the page, the brand has gone on to shape musical generations, social movements, and popular culture. With a feel-good philosophy at their core, Smiley has partnered with some of the world’s leading brands to bring their message to life through clothing, gifts, campaigns, emoticons and other happy moments. In celebration of this joyful milestone, Smiley presents an exciting look back on their first 50 years with their new book, Smiley: 50 Years of Good News, featuring a compendium of their most exciting collaborations, a look back at moments in history that gave us a reason to smile, and more.

Sip Hip Hooray in stock orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Personalized items ship times vary. Typical turn around for printed items is 2-3 weeks for delivery after artwork approval.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.

SHIPPING COURIERS

Our shipping couriers vary based on package sizes, location, and rates. If there is any reason that you cannot receive a package from a specific courier please send us an email, with your order number, to orders@siphiphooray.com for further assistance.

RETURNS

Sip Hip Hooray accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized in any way are final sale.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

CUSTOM SKETCH ARTWORK POLICY

On our custom sketch artwork we do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork, as long as they don't involve completely redrawing. If we receive specific instructions that were needed to be altered and revised on the existing sketch so we can relay to our artist! Our venue and pet sketch fees are a non-refundable service as they are hand-drawn and since your drawing was already created and emailed to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund that part of any order.
