Henry Handwork's Hand Towel Collection is our most popular category and features all the motif designs. Many of our customers merchandise these as guest towels with coordinating Tissue Box Covers and Sachets.

 

Designed in Portland, Oregon and meticulously hand-embroidered and hand-hemstitched on cotton by the world’s finest artisans, our motifs have strong, year-round sell-throughs in gift shops, as well as home and linen specialty stores. Our hand-crafted products are meant to be used daily and enjoyed! With proper care and laundering they will become heirlooms.

 

Machine wash on gentle cycle with cool water, or hand wash. Avoid bleach and brighteners. Tumble dry on low heat. For traditional crisp finish, remove from dryer after wrinkles are released and while still damp; line dry. Iron on reverse using cotton setting.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Sip Hip Hooray in stock orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Personalized items ship times vary. Typical turn around for printed items is 2-3 weeks for delivery after artwork approval.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.

SHIPPING COURIERS

Our shipping couriers vary based on package sizes, location, and rates. If there is any reason that you cannot recieve a package from a specific courier please send us an email, with your order number, to orders@siphiphooray.com for further assistance.

RETURNS

Sip Hip Hooray accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized are final sale.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

CUSTOM SKETCH ARTWORK POLICY

On our custom sketch artwork we do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork, as long as they don't involve completely redrawing. If we receive specific instructions that were needed to be altered and revised on the existing sketch so we can relay to our artist! Our venue and pet sketch fees are a non-refundable service as they are hand-drawn and since your drawing was already created and emailed to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund that part of any order.
